The Shelby County Metro FOP Lodge #35's 11th Annual Golf Tournament drew 14 teams of golfers for a beautiful day of golf. The shotgun start was at 1:00PM with the temperature around 85 degrees. A Big thanks goes out to Lenny's Sub Shop at Poplar & Forrest Hill who provided all the sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks for everybody. Landers Auto Group provided a Brand New Ford Mustang as a Hole-In-One prize, but there were no winners this year. Door prizes were given out, and over 50 players walked away with everything from Golf Bags to gift certificates. The winning team shot a 54. Awards were also given out for the 2nd and 3rd place teams, longest drive, and closest to the hole. This years Golf Tournament benefitted "FOP Cops and Kids©" and the Cops-4-Kids Toy Drive. The Tournament was huge success! Lodge #35 would like to thank everyone that participated and volunteered at the event.
